Yeo Valley Family Farm in Blagdon, North Somerset will be holding a series Demi Demo Days in March, April and May 2015.

Yeo Valley Dairy Farm has been a staple of production for British dairy products for a number of years, but alongside this is well known for its family values and brilliant events.

This spring, Yeo Valley HQ will be hosting three demo days, intended to give visitors an insight into the best recipes for that month. Each demo day is open to people of all skill sets and experience – and includes a plethora of notes and tips to take home with you.

The demos take place on three separate days, and take about half a day. Each session has a very limited number of spaces so it is run on a first come first served booking basis. Tickets can be booked from the Yeo Valley Family Farm website.

Breakfast and lunch included on all days, along with a full cookery demonstration.

March 10th - all about eggs – you can’t beat em! 6 egg-cellent things to do with these ovoid miracles.

April 14th - is fools ….obviously! Heavenly chilled desserts to get you whipped into a frenzy this Spring.

May 12th - is ‘May Day May Day! – emergency dishes to save your bacon, plus some insider rescue remedies. Learn how to save split chocolate /hollandaise and freshen stale bread.
