With the speed of a councillor supporting an RPZ scheme, the week has once again zipped by at a frighteningly snappy pace. One minute it was Monday, the next it's time to make plans for the few days of exuberant, epicurean abandon that will form the indulgent backbone of the weekend ahead. 

 

And with no solar eclipse or any other lunar phenomenon to darken the skies or risk burn our tired, tortured retinas, you can adjust your orbs, scroll down, and take on board of few of our suggestions for events, attractions, pubs and gigs to keep you as busy as a bee from Friday through until Sunday.
