Animation Workshop at Windmill Hill City Farm in Bristol

Posted on: 16 Apr 2015

A Stop frame animation workshop will be held at Windmill Hill City Farm in Bristol on Sunday 26th April 2015.

This immersive stop frame animation workshop is designed to give children an insight into the world of animation, and prepare them with the necessary skills to create their own show-stopping clips. It is open to children aged between 8 and 12 years and costs £22.

A great introduction to the animation process, this hands-on workshop will involve thinking up stories, sharing ideas and model making. Working alone or as part of a team, the children will then be shown how to use the animation software to turn these ideas into short animated films which will then be uploaded onto YouTube.

The farm cafe is open all day on Sundays, serving breakfasts and lunches to those attending.
