Judith Owen to support Bryan Ferry at The Colston Hall in Bristol on 5 October 2015

Posted on: 27 Jul 2015

Welsh singer-songwriter Judith Owen will support Bryan Ferry when he performs at the Colston Hall in Bristol on Monday 5 October 2015. This is the rescheduled date after Bryan was unwell back in June 2015.

Judith has been supporting the legendary singer throughout all his 21 UK tour dates with her band and will be accompanied by iconic musicians Waddy Watchel, Russell Kunkel and Leland Sklar. They will also be joined by Ronnie Scott's youngest ever house drummer, Pedro Segundo.

The confirmation of her involvement in the tour comes after the recent release of her album, 'Ebb and Flow', and the completion of her very own European tour.

Judith and her group have performed on an impressive roster of seminal albums including Carole King's Tapestry, Joni Mitchell's Blue, and Jackson Browne's Running On Empty. Their contribution to musical history was acknowledged recently when Rolling Stone magazine featured them in an article which celebrated many of the unsung heroes of the music industry.

The Bryan Ferry tour kicked off in Belfast back on 6 May 2015, and this "funny and fearless performer" (as The New York Times described her) is guaranteed to enthrall, entertain and mesmerize the music-loving masses.
