Bristol Sports Update - Bristol City Football Club

Posted on: 19 Apr 2015

Congratulations to Bristol City Football Club who made sure of the title in League One on Saturday after holding Coventry City to a goalless draw at Ashton Gate. Promotion had already been guaranteed after last weeks 6-0 drubbing of Bradford, and there are still two games left in the season.

After 44 of their 46 games they have racked up 93 points from 27 wins and 12 draws. Aaron Wilbraham looks set to keep the top scorer with his 18 league goals unless Aden Flint or Kieran Agard can score lots and lots in the last few games - they are both on 10 for the season with fan favourite JET on 7 alongside Luke Freeman.

Remaining fixtures:

Saturday 25 April 2015, 3pm kick off - AWAY  - Chesterfield v Bristol City

Saturday 2 May 2015, 12.15pm kick off - HOME - Bristol City v Walsall
