Evolution Electric Car Motor Show in Bristol on the 6th June

Posted on: 29 May 2015

Evolution Motor Show in Bristol will take place on the 6th June, as part of the 2015 Bristol European Green Capital official programme. A strange concept at first glance, a motor show promoting sustainable living? But this is a show with a difference. All the vehicles at Evolution are plug-in or electric!

This is also a unique motor show in the sense that the visitors get to drive! If you have never before driven a car that doesn’t use petrol or diesel, and runs purely on electric, now is your chance. The motor show will allow visitors to experience the sounds, sights and smooth rides of a world fuelled by electric.

The show is created in association with EDF Energy, the Office for Low Emission Vehicles, and Bristol City Council, and is therefore totally free to attend. Designed to encourage the slow embracing of electric vehicles that is slowly happening across the world, Evolution can show families and individuals how much money and emissions they could cut down on just by switching to plug-in.

Evolution is very much a family day out, packed full of BMWs, Toyotas, Nissans, Peugeots, and many more huge names sporting excellent electric cars... with the opportunity to drive them all!

This event is free to attend and will take place at Millennium Square, Bristol. There is no ticket system, so just show up on the day with your family and friends!
