Organised by the Woodspring Wings Model Flying Club, their annual Modern Aircraft Show will take place in Yatton on the weekend of 4th and 5th July 2015.

This is one of the most eagerly anticipated events in the model aircraft calendar and a firm favourite with the families of Bristol, North Somerset and the surrounding area. The event will be taking place at the Claverham Drove airfield near Yatton on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July 2015, showcasing the very best flyers and model aircraft in the UK.

The popular show attracts around 8,000 visitors each year with well known pilots from across the UK taking part - this is the show that everyone goes to as the highlight on the model aircraft flying calendar! Woodspring Wings chairman Warren Smyth believes this year will be the best yet. He said: “We are so excited to be bringing our show to North Somerset once again. We have secured some of the top flyers in the UK and the new displays we have planned will be truly spectacular."

Tickets are available on the gate costing just £8 for adults, £6 for concessions and £5 for children (children under 5 free). There is also a special package for groups of 10 or more for £6.50pp and for families (2 adults, 2 children) for £20. Those wishing to camp may do so with a cost of £15 for one night or £25 for all three - that is the price per caravan, motor camper or tent.
