Bristol Weather Forecast - Another great week ahead!

Posted on: 16 May 2016

What a weekend we just had in Bristol! The outlook looks good for this week too - just don't mention Wednesday morning - so dig out those shorts and enjoy some great weather in a great city. In the sunshine it should feel nice and warm but the shade won't be your friend in the mornings or evenings yet sadly. Temperatures will creep towards 20 and the rain should stay away...other that this awful looking Wednesday we have coming up!

There's always plenty to do in Bristol whatever the weather, but with temperatures warming it's time to make the most of it and get out and about; there's plenty of options for things to do in Bristol. Theatre, pubs, food, bars and loads more - check out what's going on with our daily events calendar.

Here's our more detailed outlook for the weekly weather forecast in Bristol from 16-22 May 2016 courtesy of The Met Office wizards and Google.

Monday 16 May 2016 - Lightsabre Combat Classes at Arnos Vale Cemetery!

A beautiful day to follow on from the great weekend we just had. A clear day so the shade won't feel too warm if there's a breeze around but if you're in the sun then you'll enjoy shorts-weather temperatures all day! You might see a few more clouds later in the afternoon and evening but a pretty great day in Bristol.

Tuesday 17 May 2016 - Excellent 2-4-1 Burgers at Hope and Anchor.

Another day where you can expect sun and some great temperatures - heading up to 16 - that will feel a lot warmer in the sun. Like yesterday, it might cloud over later but this time that has the chance to bring some showers come 9-10pm.

Wednesday 18 May 2016 - It's Quiz Night at Seamus O'Donnells - Bristol's best Irish pub!

Oh dear. And it was all going so well. Early morning will see rain hit Bristol but fear not, whilst your morning commute might be a little damp, the rest of your day should get steadily better. Temperatures will be lower - 15 at max - but the cloud cover will mean it's not going to be cold at least.

Thursday 19 May 2016 - Magi'oke night at Illusions Magic Bar - Live magic and karaoke.

A possible chance of a little rain but a lot better than yesterday. Temperatures will hit 15 degrees as the weather improves throughout the day.

Friday 20 May 2016 - Loads of Friday things to do here!

Cloudy all day with the Sun poking through but no chance of rain. Again, temperatures will be in the mid-teens, hopefully getting above 15 degrees, but a pretty nice day.

Saturday 21 May 2016 - Kick off your Saturday night with Prosecco Time at Clifton Wine Bar.

We might see a bit of rain today and temperatures will peak at around 15 degrees yet again. It's not certain by any means so keep those fingers tightly crossed.

Sunday 22 May 2016 - Check out some great Jazz at The Alma Tavern.

Sunday is a little tougher to call - it could be a day full of whispy white clouds with sun sunshine in places, or it could be a day where we see occasional showers. one things's for sure though, the temperatures in Bristol have finally risen into double figures for good. Today will again hit 14-16 degrees and this should see us through to Autumn now - click for our recommended venues for a Sunday Roast in and around Bristol.

Have a fantastic week!
