Monday to Thursday will see the Sun out in full force, occasionally joined by some white cloud cover but no real chance of rain and temperatures up at around 17-18 degrees. However, Friday, Saturday and Sunday look set to be peppered with showers. The sunny spells and humidity will take the temperature up to around 20.

Here's our more detailed outlook for the weekly weather forecast in Bristol from 16-22 May 2016 courtesy of The Met Office wizards and Google.

Monday 23 May 2016 - Pig Out Mondays at The Gloucester Old Spot!

A great start to the week will see occasional cloud cover broken by bright sunshine and temperatures hitting 18 degrees. There's no chance of rain so ditch that brolly.

Tuesday 24 May 2016 - Excellent 2-4-1 Burgers at Hope and Anchor.

Even better than yesterday - a beautiful, clear start to the day will carry through until late afternoon when we might see a few clouds roll in but again, no chance of rain!

Wednesday 25 May 2016 - Haken are playing at The Fleece - Fancy some progressive metal?

Not quite as sunny as Tuesday but still a pleasant day in Bristol. There's likely to be quite a bit of cloud cover and temperatures won't get much past 15 degrees. Still, the rain should hold off for a third day in a row.

Thursday 26 May 2016 - Check out the pub quiz at The Ship Inn - some great prizes on offer.

Another cloudy affair with temperatures of around 13 degrees at best. In the late evening we might see our first spots of rain this week.

Friday 27 May 2016 - Loads of Friday things to do here!

A cloudy but dry start, much like yesterday, with temperatures in the low teens. However, as we move into late afternoon and early evening the clouds will thicken and we might well see some showers. If we do then the humidity will see temperatures rise to 17.

Saturday 28 May 2016 - Kick off your Saturday night with Prosecco Time at Clifton Wine Bar.

As it stands, Saturday looks to be a carbon copy of Friday - pleasant to begin with but rain more likely later on.

Sunday 29 May 2016 - Don't miss Michael Beutler's great exhibition - Pump House - at Spike Island.

Again, similar to Friday and Saturday but with temperatures slightly warmer, regardless of humidity. Highs of 19-20 degrees should be enough for you to head out around Bristol whatever the weather! - click for our recommended venues for a Sunday Roast in and around Bristol.

Have a fantastic week!
