Family Fun Day and Dog Show in Bristol - Sunday 21 August 2016
Posted on: 29 Jul 2016This Family Fun Day will be held at At Avon Riding Centre in Henbury, just opposite Blaise Castle Car Park on Sunday 21 August 2016. Running from 9.45am-4pm the day is great fun for all ages and dogs of all shapes and sizes!
This will be the 5th Fun Day and Dog Show In aid of South Glos stray dogs. It’s a great day out for all the family, with or without a dog. More to do and have a go at, more craft and gift stalls, doggie themed stalls, lots of kids games and stalls to keep them amused, a kids' pet drawing competition judged by a local artist and face painting! There will be plenty of cake, food, refreshments - including vegan and gluten free. There's also the now famous BIG BBQ at the front of the hall.
Car parking is on site. Quiet walks through the woods at the side are always an option. Have a go at the agility course and also Rally-O, fastest recall, doggie games and on the spot photography. Pedigree and novelty classes £1/class max £5. Prizes and rosettes to 5th place.
The centre opens at 9.45am . Pedigree classes start starts 10.30am with novelty classes from 1pm-4pm. The last class is free.
