Originally formed by much-loved musician Mike Rutherford as a Genesis side project way back in 1985, Mike and the Mechanics soared to commercial success with Paul Young (who sadly passed away in 2000) and Paul Carrack.

Despite various challenges over the years, the band – spearheaded by Rutherford – persevered, reuniting in 2011 with two fresh faces in Andrew Roachford (acclaimed frontman of Roachford) and celebrated musical theatre leading man, Tim ‘The Power’ Howar.

After coming together, the new Mike and The Mechanics lineup released their seventh album The Road in 2011, a record that reignited their sound with resounding success, garnering widespread praise from fans and critics alike.

With such hits as ‘Over My Shoulder’, ‘The Living Years’ and ‘Don’t Know What Came Over Me’ on display, don’t miss what promises to be an unforgettable night of nostalgia and celebration as they continue to captivate audiences worldwide!

In addition to Bristol, Mike and The Mechanics’ Looking Back – Living The Years 2025 Tour’ will see them play venues in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Nottingham, Ipswich, Sheffield, Liverpool, Leicester, Portsmouth, Birmingham, Plymouth, London and more.
